Help/FAQs
Q: What is the best setting for the CarCast FM Transmitter?
A: Set your audio
device’s volume, such as your
iPod, to between 50% and 60% maximum volume level,
but not higher.
Otherwise you may hear distortion from you FM radio.
You then can turn the volume on your FM radio up higher
if
you like.
Q: Can I adjust the angle of the iPod or iPod Mini when
it is sitting in the cradle of the iSoundz Portable Desktop
Mini Speakers?
A: Yes you can. On the right hand side of the base is a
round knob. Turn it gently towards you to loosen (clockwise).
Then tilt the stand forwards or backwards, as you like.
Once in position, just turn the knob away from you (or
counter clockwise) to tighten it.
Q: Can I leave the iSoundz Sound Wallet Mini Speakers outdoors?
A: There are some
conditions we recommend you follow when taking the Sound
Wallet Mini Speakers outdoors. First,
do
not leave either the Sound Wallet (or even your audio
device) in direct sunlight, and please keep your Sound
Wallet Mini
Speakers away from high temperatures, dampness and dust.
This advice should be followed too, when inside a building.
Please do not place the Sound Wallet Mini Speakers in
a window or on a radiator, or expose to direct sunlight
and
dampness.
Q: Can I use my iSoundz Portable Desktop Mini Speakers
with my notebook computer?
A: Absolutely. You
will notice that most speakers built into notebook computers
don’t have much
amplification, even when the volume is turned up fully.
Just use the audio
cable that comes with the Portable Desktop Mini Speakers
and plug them into your speaker or audio jack on your
notebook PC or Mac. It is an easy way to amplify your
sound.
Q: Can
I use my iSoundz Sound Wallet Mini Speakers with my notebook
computer?
A: Absolutely. As
in the example above, use the same procedure for the
Sound Wallet.
